Title — the main heading drawn on your chart.
Subtitle — a smaller line directly below the title.
Timestamp — the animated date/period readout (all chart types); set its granularity, size, font, and position.
Extra Text — additional text boxes for source credits, unit descriptions, notes, or anything else. The first one anchors to the bottom corner by default; extra ones are free-placed.
Labels

Line charts: Live Labels shows each line's name + current value at its tip during animation (and hides the legend); End Value shows just the final value; X / Y Labels size the axis text; Legend is the series list beside the chart.
Bar charts: Name Size / Value Size / Decimals format each bar's name and value; Edit Series Names renames bars.
Pie / Donut: Slice Labels pick Name / % / Value; Label Size / Value Size size them.
Unit — a prefix or suffix applied to values, in every mode.
Chart

Aspect ratio — the canvas shape: Square (Instagram), Portrait (TikTok), Landscape (YouTube), etc.
Line charts: Line Size (thickness), Line Style (Rounded glides through points; Sharp uses straight segments), Pt Size, Endpoint (a dot at each line's tip), Dots (a dot at every data point), Gridlines.
Bar charts: Max Bars, Thickness, Spring (bounciness), Gridlines, Ascending (rank #1 = lowest value).
Pie / Donut: Hole % (0 = full pie), Size, Max Slices (the rest merge into "Other"), Ascending, and the Donut Center content (Total / Date / Custom).
Chart position & size — drag the nudge pad or type coordinates to reposition and resize the chart.
Colors

Background — the canvas fill color (default white; try black for a dark look).
Text colors — individually control the color of the title, subtitle, timestamp, and labels.
Series colors — once data is loaded, each line, bar, or slice gets a color swatch you can click to change. Sports and country data can auto-apply team / national colors.
Tip: dark backgrounds with bright colors tend to look great on social media.
Events

Events — highlight a date range on the chart with a shaded band and a label.
Great for marking recessions, elections, product launches, or any period you want to call out.
Each event needs a label, a start date, and an end date (MM/DD/YYYY).
Audio

Audio — add background music to your exported video.
Pick a track, set the volume, and drag the Start slider to choose which part of the song plays.
Hit Preview to hear it before recording. Music is mixed directly into the exported file.
How Pulls Work
Each API key includes 25 free pulls per day, resetting every 24 hours. Heartbeat's smart caching means one pull can power dozens of charts — most users will never come close to their daily limit.

Share Price
1 pull per ticker — covers all date ranges and intervals. Cached for your session, so pulling the same ticker again won't cost you unless you close or refresh the tab.

Financials
1 pull per financial statement. Pulling any metric from a statement unlocks the entire statement instantly.

1 pull → entire Income Statement
1 pull → entire Balance Sheet
1 pull → entire Cash Flow Statement

All financial data is cached in your browser for 7 days — even after closing or refreshing.

Example: Pull Revenue, Total Assets, and Free Cash Flow — just 3 pulls. Every metric across all three statements is now yours to chart — unlimited, for 7 days before needing to pull again.

Crypto & Forex pulls follow the same structure and share your daily 25 pull limit. You can track how many pulls you've used in the daily counter in the Stocks and Crypto tabs.
